..Which is true. I have an AP in marketing management with a degree in sustainability, a top-up BPA in innovation and entrepreneurship, and a Pilates certification, that means I can tell you to engage your core with real authority.

I have previously made content for brands like Sinful, Peech, ZAO makeup and FERO Cultures, and I currently volunteer as a mentor through Bindeleddet at a women’s crisis centre, where I also teach Pilates to help the women rebuild strength and trust in their own bodies.
